From serving as Chef/Manager at The Hidden Inn in South Kortright to mastering the intricacies of Italian cuisine at Bella Michaels in Oneonta, NY, and dedicating nearly 12 years crafting culinary experiences at Hartwick College as Chef, Catering Director, and Dining Director. This journey has honed my skills in dishes from every corner of the globe, effortlessly catering to groups ranging from intimate gatherings to grand galas with guest lists of 2 to 2000.
